Here is the second villain character in the series.
This guy is the emperor of the chaos lands!
I ended up combining a lot of elements from the other characters so he looks super different from his original thumbnail. I am having a lot of fun playing around with these characters designs, the next ones will probably turn out a lot different as well haha.
